Refunds & Returns Policy

At InnovateWear, we want you to love your order. Since our products are printed and fulfilled on demand through our production partners, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective. Please review our policy below:


1. Returns & Exchanges (Non-Defective Items)

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items.

  • Reasons such as wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind are not eligible for returns, since all items are made to order.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Manufacturing Errors

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing/manufacturing error, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or refund.

To qualify:

  • You must report the issue to InnovateWear within 30 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

  • You do not need to return the item.

Once we receive your claim, we will verify it and work directly with our production partner to resolve it. Depending on the situation, we will either:

  • Send a free replacement, or

  • Issue a refund back to your original payment method.


3. Lost Packages & Incorrect Addresses

  • If tracking shows that a package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will investigate and arrange a replacement if eligible.

  • If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, InnovateWear is not responsible. Replacements may be offered at the customer’s expense.


4. Exclusions

Refunds/replacements will not be issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Claims submitted after the 30-day window

  • Minor variations in print placement (under 0.5”) or color due to the printing process


5. How to Submit a Claim

To request a refund or replacement, please:

  1. Email us at innovatewear2024@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, description of the issue, and photos of the defect/damage.

  3. Our team will review your request and update you within 3 business days.


6. Refund Timing

  • Refunds (if approved) will be issued back to your original payment method.

  • Replacements will be processed under normal production times.
